LDS has a Richard Eubank b 1714 probably in Kent MD; parents Richard Eubank b abt 1690 probably Yorkshire England died 1718, and Ann James b abt 1693 probably Kent MD. Richard Sr is son of Thomas Eubank b 1650/1660 probably Yorkshire England died 1732-02-09 Talbot MD, and Martha Harrison b abt 1654 probably Yorkshire England.

It has his father as Thomas Eubank and Martha Harrison as above. His birthdate is given as 1725 England, but that would make his father 75.

I now think this Richard is not a son of Thomas Eubank and Martha Harrison. Instead, there was another Richard in between, born 1690 England. The dates don't line up nicely, though.
If this Richard is born in 1725, he was only 15 if Frances was born in 1740. If Frances is born in 1744 it's more plausible, but then she would be only 14 when her daughter Elizabeth was born, and her husband Charles Harrison would be 14 years older than she was. (And if Charles was really born in 1720, as in the notes for his father, the age difference is 24 years.)
If this Richard is born in 1714 as in the LDS reference above, it works out much better.
